About

Having always been interested in the concept of Marketing, I studied Business and Marketing at University, which ultimately landed me a job with one of the world’s top advertising agencies.

Working in the world of advertising provided me with a career’s worth of stories and some old school experience, but catching the emerging wave of ‘digital’ reasonably early enabled me to pursue career progression.

After many years working within the constantly changing digital landscape, I founded Filter Digital with Paul Halfpenny in 2016.

Filter has become central to not only my life but it has also grown to be a supportive and enabling foundation for our clients. We have established an experienced and multi-talented team which continues to grow and we are proud of the inclusive and productive culture we have built.

For me, it has always been less about marketing and more about exploring the ‘art of the possible’ while giving our clients the fluidity to progress towards their own specific goals.

Over the years we have enjoyed working with some great brands such as JD Wetherspoon, Medivet, Crystal Palace FC, Virgin Active, GLH Hotels, Royal Caribbean Cruises, Vodafone, RAC, Travelodge, Yell, Lloyds, Barclays, Tesco and more.

At its core, Filter is a business that was created to solve digital challenges for all types of organisations. We love challenges and have built a strong reputation for providing outstanding solutions, resulting in significant business performance outcomes.

Developing trust and long lasting relationships is an essential part of building a business - as well as in life. Throughout my career, I’ve benefited personally from the support of various business leaders and I've always tried to be as generous with my time in the same way as people were when I was starting out.

If there is one thing I have learned, it’s that I can achieve anything I commit to. Putting in the hard work for something that makes you thrive really does pay off.
