Over his career Iain’s enjoyed working and living globally – London, Europe and Asia – working for agencies, within brands and in the fast-paced world of start-ups.

Working across the creative spectrum: from unifying siloed brand worlds at Adidas and setting up an in-house agency in Hong Kong, through to delivering 300% yearly growth for a DTC start-up and recently creating the global strategy and innovation streams for Nissan’s future customer experience. Throughout Iain has always believed in the business value that great design delivers.

His experience within agencies provides the understanding how good creative is underpinned by strong strategic reasoning. Whilst the client-side experience supports market awareness and the internal realties of delivering solutions to consumers.

Working across all consumer channels his aim is to deliver intangible brand promises into tangible products and services – recently focusing on digital transformation and multi-channel customer experience strategy.

When not busy filling in personal bios, you’ll find Iain attempting to speak Italian (badly) and squeezing in some sport around family life.
