Iain is currently the managing director at Element 78 Solutions, but is still very actively involved in overseeing the conception and delivery of the company's projects.

Having studied software engineering at the University of Birmingham, Iain began his career overseeing IT projects for large corporations such as Kraft Foods, taking them from business conception to delivery.

He then moved to DISC Multimedia, a digital marketing agency before taking the entrepreneurial leap of faith and starting Element 78 Solutions in 2006. The company has been steadily growing and gaining new clients ever since.
