Richard started his career as a copywriter before setting up the planning department at GGT Direct in 1996. There he led strategy on a range of automotive, financial and retail clients and was responsible for developing and launching the pioneering Marks & Spencer &More card and loyalty programme. With a sharp mind and equally sharp wit, and widely recognised as an industry thought-leader in customer engagement, Richard has led the agency’s strategy team since 2007.
