Sport Wales, the national organisation responsible for developing and promoting sport and physical activity in Wales, commissioned Creative Triangle to design and artwork their accessible Annual Reports and Accounts 2022-23 in both English and Welsh.

The challenge:

To accurately create four versions of the report rich with complex charts and tables – detailing accounts of National Lottery funding and distribution as well as Welsh Government funding and distribution. With strict milestones, tight deadlines, and the involvement of numerous stakeholders, precision and efficiency were paramount. It was also essential for the reports to be fully accessible, adhering to WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards.

The solution:

By elevating their branding, we created a design for the report which showcased Sport Wales’s activities and funding. Leveraging our experience with accessible design, we ensured the reports not only met but surpassed the required accessibility guidelines, all while beautifully encapsulating Sport Wales’s significant milestones of the year.
