Natália has worked in Social Media Listening & Project Management for the past 8 years. Originally from Brazil, she has also lived in Russia, India and China but moved to Portugal in 2016 and now calls Lisbon her (sunny) office. With a background in Communication and a Masters in Innovation & Technology, she brings a global perspective to projects.  She is also responsible for the organisation and development of our team of 120+ native-speaker analysts across the world.
