About

Jackie is co-founder and CEO of Convosphere.  Jackie has advised businesses of all sizes on how to use social media insights to deliver improved and more effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, become more customer-centric, and help the organization make data-driven decisions with local and global insights.  She has a background in Digital Marketing and Social Media Intelligence which spans over 15 years and 2 continents. She has an MBA in International Marketing and worked at Marketing Agencies and Management Consultancies before founding Convosphere.

Jackie hosted a workshop at their October 2018 Excellence in Healthcare Insights Institute entitled “The future of Social Listening: From Desirable to Indispensable”.

In January 2019 Jackie spoke to this leading conference on “Congress Listening for HCP Insights” as well as join a panel of speakers on “The Benefits of Social Listening for Pharma”.

Social Intelligence World, London November 2018

In November 2018 Jackie spoke at the inaugural Social Intelligence World. Jackie’s speech covered the use of Behavioural Science models to learn about the emotional states of consumers to better understand the adoption of brand choice. 

BHBIA Innovation Days, March & November 2019

In March of 2019 and November 2018, Jackie spoke at the BHBIA Innovation Day on “Innovations in Social Listening and Emerging Trends in Market Research”. Jackie’s presentation shared how emerging technologies can be leveraged with traditional market research and social listening to inspire a genuine understanding of our audiences' needs in real-time.

Jackie regularly hosts webinars with Ogilvy Healthworld. The next in June 2020 will cover ASCO 2020 and will look at which brands generated the most engagement online.
