Since joining Conversion in 2017, Sim has played a crucial role in evolving the agency's approach to experimentation. He's been central in creating and optimising many of the frameworks and processes that our consultants use to deliver our programs, and he's currently exploring how we can harness machine learning and meta-analytic techniques to predict future a/b test results with greater accuracy.
