A hugely dedicated individual, committed to personal and professional development, Mark has been with Click since 2014 and proved himself in several positions within the agency. Having joined initially as a Key Account Manager, Mark’s passion for and dedication to understanding all things search have seen him take on increasingly search focused roles before becoming Search Strategy Director and a vital part of the senior leadership team.

Mark has earned his stripes working in both the private (in-house) and public sectors, and has brought to and expanded his extensive experience within Click over the last decade. In his directorship, Mark is responsible for growing sustainable monthly retainers, ensuring that each project has realistic SMART objectives, producing SEO and Paid Media projections, designing bespoke digital strategies conducive with client objectives, and much, much more.

Day-to-day, Mark is responsible for ensuring we are at the cutting edge of search, both organically and paid, in line with the underlying direction of Google’s ever evolving algorithm, and heads up the research and development function. He also leads reporting using Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics (previously Omniture), and has been the driving force behind the push to successfully migrate Click’s clients to GA4.
