In 1995, Richard founded BWP Group. Originally known as in2 it started life as one company, in 2009 the business rebranded as BWP Group.

Richard’s retail marketing career began at Mexx UK, where he quickly worked his way up the ranks to become Marketing Director and was solely responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s hugely successful retail and wholesale marketing strategy.

Richard is a rare CEO, he insists on being hands on with his clients, working closely to ensure excellence throughout. His passion and enthusiasm for the company, the work we produce and the people here is infectious.

In his precious spare time, Richard can be found enjoying time with his family and practicing his golf swing.
