Maddy leads our overall revenue growth and our marketing and sales teams. She’s responsible for our position in the market, the experience of potential clients we’d love to work with, and for growing our relationships with current clients.

Formerly, Maddy was chief client officer at iCrossing UK, overseeing the development of its UK and international client base. She has an MBA from the University of Sussex, which focused on the agency M&A landscape.

She is a frequent speaker and panellist at industry events.

Outside of work, Maddy is a qualified yoga teacher and occasionally can be found in our sunny Brighton office providing lessons for the Brilliant Noise team.
