Gillian has built a ten year career in client services, following early stints at Heinz and Mars.

Prior to her current role as Head of Digital Client Services, Gillian built a strong pedigree in similar roles overseeing the delivery of digital solutions for a range of multinational FMCG and Consumer Healthcare brands.

Gill has played a key role in developing the multi-award winning, full service digital service offered under the Brass agency 'umbrella'; Brass Alt, drawing on the agency’s significant strategic strengths and FMCG experience.

Gillian has successfully managed the relationship with Ribena through the brand’s acquisition by the Suntory Group and previously added Suntory brand, Lucozade to the agency’s roster. Within the first year of her stewardship, Gillian has directed the team through a period of unprecedented expansion and delivered a near 50% increase in revenue. Recent successes include adding HARIBO, MAOAM and L’Oréal to Brass Alt’s portfolio of clients.
