Natalie began her career in the live events industry 17 years ago and held positions in account management before moving into project delivery roles. She spent 11 years delivering global, complex, multi-event programmes for various industry sectors. In 2015 Natalie made the natural transition back into a Client Services role.

Natalie is focused on developing stakeholder relationships and managing the client/ supplier partnership, so the customer needs are always met, whilst also proactively identifying new business opportunities and ideas for improvement.

Natalie takes an active interest in the events industry, and stays motivated by discussing new innovations and creative ideas with clients and industry peers.
