Ian has 20 years’ brand and agency experience at the forefront of FMCG, retail, utilities, transport and telecoms. He takes overall responsibility for the development of Blue Chip’s diverse client base as well as being instrumental in landing new business prospects.

At the head of Client Service he is passionate about delivering exceptional service standards whilst also engendering a culture that challenges everyone to generate, express, and experiment with innovative ideas.

Prior to moving agency-side, Ian worked within Procter & Gamble’s marketing team across their Fabric and Homecare division (Ariel, Daz, Fairy, Flash).

His experience spans a variety of disciplines, online & offline media channels, with a focus on Promotional Marketing, Digital/Mobile, DM, Experiential and Retail.
