With 15 years of experience working in Finance across a number of creative companies, Sophie’s innate ability to take figures and visualise them ensures others don’t get lost in the numbers.

Sophie manages all Bloom’s payroll needs, enjoying developing Finance processes and implementing new systems where they are needed to enable clearer financial communication and planning between departments.

Away from work, Sophie flexes her creative muscles, whether knitting, sewing, making things, cooking for people or scrawling down her renowned ramblings and astute observations!
