Digital is what makes Nikki tick. She is an integrated digital marketer with a solid agency background and experience in digital trends, digital acquisition, SEO, digital retargeting, customer retention and social media, setting her apart from your average Account Manager.

A real people person, Nikki is effective in building and retaining relationships with our clients, using innovative campaign concepts to ensure client services go above and beyond the brief given.

Career highlights include heading up digital for The Gym Group, and implementation of several digital acquisition and retention-based campaigns online and on social. Her entrepreneurial streak after graduation drove her own children’s product to the UK market, where it has remained for the last 5 years.

When she’s not helping clients get the best from their business at Bloom, you’ll find Nikki in the saddle on-board Keira the horse, planning her next holiday or dreaming about her last trip to Japan.
