We carried out our own research of 1,000 nationally representative UK residents about the uptake and use of Smart Speakers and voice search. Our findings showed an extremely positive story of an industry in rude health; one of increased purchases, increased use, improving understanding and more interaction with brands. 

However, as always with new technologies it is tricky terrain for brands to traverse. The key to successfully implementing a voice strategy is to know what the questions are likely to be and why (as well as how) your service can answer them.
