We simplified the task by focusing on solar installers, the recognised ‘experts in the field’, repositioning ABB into a direct, supporting role.
The integrated campaign launched in 2017, emotionally engaging installers worldwide and offering access to technical support and high-quality solutions, regardless of the size, scope and geography of our target audience.
Alongside the global awareness campaign, we used installer success stories to create a suite of rich content that focused on the great work that installers do, tying the content back to ABB's new global position and messaging "Count on us". See how it all came to life here.
