After a long and successful media career in business development roles that focused on trends, opportunities and threats to advertising around the world, Sally launched her own management/coach-mentoring consultancy in 2007.  Following a Non-Exec Director role, in 2015, she was appointed CEO of Accord. 

A highly energetic, enthusiastic and focused operator with a proven track record in commercial development, change management and priority planning, it is her responsibility to shape the company’s short and long-term strategy, setting business objectives, creating a performance-led environment and establishing a culture of accountability, flexibility and innovation across the business as a whole.
