In 2017 Jess joined ROAST as New Business Director to support on boarding clients and to develop relationships within the agency. In 2018 she moved to the Client Services team to help deliver first in class servicing for our clients. In 2019 Jess became Group Client Services Director, leading the Client Services team across the TIPi Group.

Jess has spent eight years working in the digital media industry; she has worked on both client and agency side and across all disciplines of performance marketing from PPC to CRM to SEO.

Working initially agency-side at Periscopix, followed by in-house at Heal’s, Jess has driven successful cross-channel campaigns for a range of brands, including HCA Healthcare, Virgin Media Business, Rightmove, Tesco, Claire’s Accessories and InsureandGo. She has focused on developing and executing strategic campaigns both client and agency side.

In her role as Group Client Services Director, Jess leads the team to help us to continue to deliver the best service for our clients as we grow our offerings and capabilities.
