Tom is a Managing Partner and one of the co-founders of Three Whiskey. He brings over 11 years experience, having started his career at digital marketing agency Latitude before moving to iCrossing.

During his eight years at iCrossing Tom became Head of Paid Media and then spent four years as a board member overseeing Client Services.

He’s won pitches and created programmes of work for some of the biggest names in the business; L’Oreal, Roche and Apple to name a few. His all-time favourite client has been LEGO – getting paid to work with them fulfilled many a childhood dream. His career highlights have included hiring and working with some inspiring people and getting the chance to see them progress. Starting Three Whiskey with Ben – and seeing the business grow – has been an amazing journey and a true highpoint.
