Tina Catling


Tina has over 30 years in the advertising business, specialising in being a Corporate Psychologist with a focus on creativity and innovation. Having previously worked at Saatchi and Saatchi and Ogilvy, Tina joined Mark in launching OTB. Tina's work includes developing individuals’ capabilities and developing corporate strategy to enable innovation in our customers, specifically in the UK’s infrastructure industry.
