People Matters HR is the North West’s leading HR business, providing a professional consultancy service backed by second to none employment law knowledge and exceptional people management skills.
The brief:
People Matters HR had been using the same brand identity for almost 8 years and it had become very dated and no longer reflected the prestige of the consultancy. Undermining the business values, it was potentially having a damaging effect of new business leads and organic enquiries to the website, which also suffered from the same problems.
Our approach:
A key element of the existing design were small yellow figures referred to by the team as “tweeples”. The team were keen to retain them in some capacity. A strong concept was required that would work across a range of materials, from web to print, and staff uniform to giveaways, as well as digital.
We devised a monogram style design, underpinned by a strong positioning statement - ‘Outsourced HR to suit all shapes and sizes of business’. – which formed the bedrock of the brand style across literature, exhibition graphics, merchandising and web. We even managed to incorporate new, modernised “tweeples”.
The results:
The rebrand was unveiled at a seminar held by PMHR at Bury Football Club to over 30 of the region’s leading businesses, complete with an animation of the old logo merging into the new.
