"We have been working with Succeed for 2 years, following a challenging relationship with a former web developer, which resulted in a beautiful, but complex and bespoke wordpress site. We moved the web hosting and development over to Succeed and they have provided a great service since. They have ironed out some of the unnecessary development complications, identified and fixed the problems and structural weaknesses in the construction of the original bespoke templates, added new plug ins, and worked with us on improving SEO and analytics. Our site is now faster, reliable and is serving the needs of our charity well. The tech support team are friendly, jargon-free, quick and supportive. Their new ticket system for flagging bugs and outlining our development needs is easy to use. We haven't yet asked the team to deliver any creative projects, but hope to continue to work collaboratively with the team as our needs evolve over time. Thank you."
