I own StrawberrySocial - a company that specialises in brand protection for organisations. I have over 17 years’ experience heading up depts, consulting on brand risk, running moderation/customer support & online safety teams plus leading global online projects.and have also worked in media, training, theatre and events. Throughout my career, I have managed moderation and community management projects for clients such as Just Eat, Social Chain, The Social Partners, Sony Mobile, Nokia, HSBC and BBC Worldwide.

I also have a special interest in charities and the government sector and work with Prostate Cancer UK, Help for Heroes, NSPCC, NHS Digital and Samaritans as well as having consulted at Dept. for Education and as part of the social media team at Gold Command during the Grenfell disaster.

In my ‘spare’ time, I'm involved with the family property company, am trying to get fit and I consume books, music, films to a rather impressive level. And I also have a lovely rescue cat who likes to think he's my social media assistant.
