Sarah co-founded StrategiQ in 2013 and is Chief People Officer, overseeing recruitment, wellbeing, development and coaching across a lively and diverse team. She sits on the board and leadership team representing the staff and their professional and pastoral needs, always offering a supportive ear. Sarah champions mental and physical wellbeing and balance to ensure everyone has the tools and resources they need to be happy and successful at work.
