Avant Homes is pioneering change in the UK housebuilding industry by constantly challenging the status quo. By discovering better ways to design, specify and deliver outstanding homes.
Avant are an HBF Five Star Rated housebuilder operating in Scotland, the north east of England, Yorkshire and the Midlands, with five regional offices.
They have ambitious growth plans and a mission to become the housebuilder of choice in the North by making aspirational homes attainable.
The Challenge
Our objective was to raise the awareness of the Avant Homes brand throughout the key selling period (Q1). In addition to also ensuring year-end targets were achieved, we were tasked with creating stronger tactical led communications to an in-market audience.
Our Solution
Space & Time created a multi-channel approach that would enable Avant Homes to speak to a wider audience at a lower cost per thousand while retaining demographic and geographical relevance. This was implemented via broadcast channels such as TV, VOD and Radio, plus Paid Social Advertising and Programmatic Display.?
The campaign was supported by tactical digital activity (to an in-market audience) in the form of Google Paid Search, SEO, Facebook/Instagram Adverts and portal listings (Rightmove and Zoopla) which ran throughout the campaign. ?
In addition, leaflet distribution through Royal Mail and Direct Mail was scheduled during the period and used to ensure a strong tactical message was distributed to key locations identified through database profiling at the planning stage.
