Space & Time win Learning and Development award at The Drum Agency Business Awards 2019

The launch of our staff development scheme, Space Academy, was set up to offer a learning programme that suits the needs of both our colleagues and the business. From in-house pioneer sessions to external courses and a subscription to one of the leading online platforms; LinkedIn Learning, the scheme responds to the demography of our team, seeking to engage with them in the ways that suit them best (we are a media agency, after all)

We were delighted to learn that our learning programme was recognised by a panel of judges at this year’s Drum Agency Business Awards and we were announced as the winners of the Learning and Development award.
