Toby started at Mediacom London, working as a comms planner on some of the agencies biggest accounts (DFS, VW, Mars). From here, he moved to the7stars to run the Suzuki account from top to bottom. As t7s grew, Toby's role grew too. Working across a diverse client mix and specialising in planning strategy, his strengths were used for existing clients and new business pitches alike. Toby led and delivered an end to end planning process which was adopted by the company. Toby moved to Republic of Media to set up and head an account team from scratch, with an emphasis on winning new business and diversifying RoM’s client roster.
