What do you do?

As operations manager it’s my responsibility to make sure the organisation is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth, efficient service that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients. I am also responsible for all aspects of accounts for the company.

Past experience and credentials?

I have been with the company for several years and have worked my way up from part time receptionist to Group Operations Manager.

My motto is:

When life hands you lemons, make lemonade.

When I’m not working I like to….

Cook and eat out. I’m a huge music fan and enjoy going to gigs and I’m a frequent user of my local gym.

What inspires you?

My daughter, she’s amazing!
