We looked to automate this process to improve accuracy and efficiency for the Lord’s hospitality and catering department and its box holder customers alike.

Re-imagining the current business process by creating an online ordering system that allows box holders to easily order their catering requirements online.
Automation of the business process to consign the inefficient, manual paper based process to history by enabling the Hospitality and Catering department to manage the booking via a business process optimised central online system to accurately fulfil each order.
Execution.
A responsive online ordering system that is accessible to all those users who have purchased a box. The system takes the user seamlessly through the steps required in order to place their catering order, from food to drinks as well as day enhancements.
The system supports upsell providing Lord’s the opportunity to increase revenue.
Reporting ensures that the catering department can fulfil all orders accurately as well as providing the finance department the information required to forecast revenue.
