Abi is co-founder of People Activation and on a day-to-day basis works as the Director of Clients and Activations, supporting clients with developing and running creative employee activation campaigns that cut through and build emotional resilience and connection. She has over 20 years of experience within live events and creative communication. Abi fundamentally ‘gets’ people and is adept at working with globally networked businesses across a variety of sectors to help them bring their people on their journey more effectively. Whether launching a new purpose, values and behaviours, embedding existing visions and strategies more effectively or helping to improve agility and transformational change Abi ensures that each activation successfully takes strategy off the page and into the hearts and minds of the people.
