James Moffat


James has headed up Organic for the past ten years. During his time he has stayed at the forefront of digital. Working as a consultant to many brands including Nectar (Aimia), Samsung and Direct Line Group to implement diverse and effective strategies across all areas of digital. This has included overseeing an organizational change at Nectar and implementing an always on team and approach at Samsung EU.  

Recently he has turned his focus to research, looking into the large and immersive world of digital transformation, people-centric SEO and the changing role of retail with the new breed of omnichannel consumer, a piece that was shortlisted for Mobile World Congress 2016.
