Alistair Robertson


Alistair is an award-winning and experienced creative business leader with a track record spanning communications, content creation, design, ad-tech and digital business transformation. 

He has worked at global, national and local levels throughout his career, built businesses’ digital and creative capabilities, and led agency mergers.

Having originally made a splash at digital agency Dare, his celebrated work for Vodafone and Barclays led AMV BBDO to make him part of the agency’s first-ever digital hirings.

Four years later, and with several hugely successful Walkers integrated campaigns under his belt, Alistair jumped the Atlantic and spent a decade in high profile creative roles leading McDonald’s and Bayer globally for DDB and BBDO and heading up four offices of Hearst owned digital media agency, iCrossing. 

Having joined Nucco and the Unit9 Group in 2019, Alistair leads Creative Strategy across the group’s direct-to-client business. A regular creative and technology opinion piece writer, he has recently been published in The Drum, AdWeek and MediaPost.

Outside of work, Alistair is married, has two children and dreams of owning a lovely shed.
