Penko Kotov has been part of Noble Graphics for 8 years now. Before becoming a creative director he was part of the copywriting team, being head of copy for two years. Nowadays, he is the only creative director in Bulgaria with a Cannes Lions nomination. 

He has been a Jury member at the Bulgarian Advertising Festival, Red Apple Advertising Festival (Russia) and KYIV International Festival of Advertising.
