Zhelez was fresh straight out of BETC in Paris when he joined Noble Graphics to form the strategic department of the agency in 2010. He has well-proven history in strategic planning working for companies like Carlsberg, Air France, Kaufland, Johnson and Johnson, McDonald's, L'Oreal and many others.
He is a professor of Brand Planning at the New Bulgaria University and fellow mentor at the FINE ACTS innitiative.
