Marsel is one of the inspiring figures in advertising and joined Noble Graphics in 2004. He has a strong strategic background being Director of Strategic Planning in McCann Ericsson before becoming part of the creative force of Noble. He is one of the most awarded creative directors in Bulgaria with more that 50 awards in his portfolio - including Golden Drum, Epica Award, EFFIE and etc.

He was jury member at Golden Drum awards, ADBLACK SEA (Georgia), New York Advertising Festival and others.
