Platinum and Profile members should now expect a call from our Customer Care team, Jo and Laura over the next few months. This is because we want to find out how our members are getting on, and how you are finding the product. The questions are there to gather feedback to find out if there is anything we better, and to find out if there is anything we can help with. And, it is nice to chat to our members too.
