Increase client response rate

To make sure you get the most success when requesting client ratings, we have put together some top tips.

  • It is important to let your clients know you are going to invite them to rate you on RAR. This means they can keep an eye out for the email coming in. You can now access the example email from your dashboard. Go to the 'Add client' tab, and you can find the link at the bottom of the form under 'Invite'.
  • Keep in touch with your clients during the process. This means they can let you know if anything goes wrong, i.e. if they don’t receive the invitation email or the survey doesn’t work etc.
  • Keep in touch with the RAR Team as sometimes invitation emails can get caught in firewalls so letting Jo or Laura know if either of these issues occur means they are able to send a personal invite out to your client which won’t get lost.
