Digital focus - brands are looking for CMS, CRM, SEO, and PPC support 
We’ve been discussing a global website redesign for a consumer goods brand; working with a retail Healthcare brand for a new ecommerce website; recommending agencies for a brand repositioning project for a B2B company; a construction/building company is on the hunt for SEO specialists and luxury online retailer seeks a digital agency for new magneto website. We have continued to work alongside brands in the Education sector, and luxury travel as they near the conclusion of the selection process. We are also excited to begin working with a drinks company looking for an agency to carry out packaging design.
Steve recently attended this year’s digital marketing forum and met with senior brand marketers. There were lots of interesting conversations, and a few common themes emerged.

  • CMS and CRM (and the integration of the two) were a hot topic with several clients actively looking for advice and support in this area.
  • Sitecore, Episerver, Saleforce, Microsoft Dynamics, IBM marketing cloud were among the technologies quoted.
  • Other services required were SEO/PPC, digital strategy and PR.
  • Some clients are feeling frustrated with their big network agency partners. Quality of collaboration, inflexibility, global vs local focus and value for money were all topics raised.
