Scottish Friendly approached RAR some months ago with the brief to find an agency that could transform their online performance. Following a detailed analysis of their requirement, we identified a number of recommended agencies who could deliver the solution. After a comprehensive selection process, which included the incumbent agency, a new agency, Line were appointed to deliver the brief.
Since the launch of the new site, Scottish Friendly has reported an increase in its online sales of 25%, resulting in a 43% revenue increase. Site traffice has increased by 20% too.
