This is our ASO case study of mobile app promotion for @uklon.ua

Uklon is a leading Ukrainian ride-sharing service. We managed to increase app store impressions by 40% and Units by 43%.

What we did:

1. Built keyword lists in Ukrainian, Russian, and English.

2. Expanded keywords. We removed irrelevant and added relevant keywords, estimated their popularity, and added new keywords.

3. Prepared metadata for the three locales with a focus on Ukraine. The Uklon mobile app had an optimized page for Ukraine. We updated it (edited the metadata) and used the Russian English UK locales to expand keywords, as these locales are indexed in Ukraine.

4. The first iteration: a compilation of metadata with relevant keywords. Keyword ranking and search traffic analysis.

5. The second iteration: removing keywords that failed to get into the top five with more relevant ones.
