The Challenge
As Water Babies’ strategic digital partner, we were tasked with delivering a new digital customer experience that would allow both integration with legacy systems and opportunity for future innovation.
A key requirement was to simplify the user journeys and ensure they were intuitive, location-based and mobile-first.
The new platform had to accommodate multiple regions and languages for a global roll out across Water Babies’ global franchise network.
What We Did
Working to a challenging deadline, we undertook extensive research and analysis to understand Water Babies’ pain points which enabled us to create a digital ecosystem that revitalised its digital presence.
We reworked the information architecture and validated it using A/B testing.
We delivered a mobile-first platform that has simplicity and customer experience at its core empowering Water Babies to deliver maximum value to its customers at speed and scale.
Built using .NET Core and hosted on Microsoft Azure’s Cloud hosting platform, the new site allows maximum scalability and an integration service layer to allow future flexibility.
