Zannah joined MMT Digital in 2014 and in her role as Head of Client Service Delivery, is responsible for the company’s client relationships and the strategic direction of the Client Services Team.

Leading a 12-strong team of Project Managers, Client Service Directors and Digital Marketing Strategists, Zannah oversees and improves the quality of our core Client Service Delivery across every phase of the relationship, from new business and onboarding into delivery and beyond.

As part of the Exec Team, she also works with the senior leadership to develop our core service offering and evolve our proposition.

Prior to MMT Digital, Zannah worked for four years in Parliament where she held a variety of digital account management and editorial roles.
