We've moved up to 4th place in The Drum Digital Census

23rd November 2016

Each year, The Drum, in association with the Recommended Agency Register (RAR) release the Digital Census which provides an in-depth analysis on the performance of the leading digital agencies in the UK. The report provides a benchmark for clients, ranking agencies in terms of financial performance, client satisfaction and their overall performance.

We have consistently jumped up the size category and ratings over the last few years and 2016 is no different. We are extremely pleased with our rankings in this year’s report, having been rated as 4th in the Elite Agency rating for agencies of 51-99 people. Agencies are ranked in two different core categories – financial and client satisfaction, with an overall rating given to place agencies in the ‘Elite’ category.

We are also delighted to have ranked 8th in the client satisfaction report. This list is compiled using feedback given by clients via the RAR website and our ranking in the list highlights that we are providing a service that our clients are really happy with, which is incredibly important to us.

Our CEO Ben Rudman commented, “We believe that working collaboratively with our clients is the best way to achieve excellent results for them and their users. This core principle is at the heart of all of the work that we deliver and the engaged way in which we work with them. The quality of the work we deliver is reflective of these excellent partnerships with our clients and the extremely capable people that we have within the business without which, achieving these awards would not be possible.”
