Over the past five years, there has been a significant shift away from installing and upgrading large enterprise monolithic platforms as companies try to become more agile and innovative. In part, this has been driven by the threat of digitally native start-ups who can deliver value to customers much more quickly.
Throwing it all away and starting again is rarely a practical or realistic option, but the fundamental question remains: how can we best start iterating towards a more modern, cloud-based, microservices architecture within the constraints of legacy platforms?
Our Co-founder, James Cannings, has been involved in the architecture, design and build of hundreds of complex agile developments and cloud deployments for clients including Vodafone, comparethemarket.com and Translink.
