Before co-founding Media Bounty with Jake, Emma spent 11 years mixing with the great and good of radio and newspapers while editing two media industry magazines. During this time she also worked on successful campaigns for clients ranging from Comic Relief to Domestos.

Now, as well as being our Operations & HR Director, she is a Trustee for our long-term charity partner, World Land Trust.

As a mum of twins she has very little spare time, but in rare moments of familial calm she enjoys supporting Wales in the rugby (much to the annoyance of those who point out she’s actually English) and buying yet more books she won’t get around to reading.
