Carron started her career client-side, having had considerable integrated marketing experience over a period of 20+ years.  As co-founder and Chairman of The Maverick Group, she has been instrumental in developing many of the strong relationships that the agency has with its clients including DHL, Manchester United, Pendragon and Adecco. Carron is also responsible for growing the business internationally and for its overall strategic direction.
