Jimmy's Iced Coffee

When Jimmy's Iced Coffee needed a new website, they turned to us for delivery. As a business, Jimmy's Iced Coffee is the ultimate success story. Inspired by the drink in Australia, and unable to find anything similar anywhere in the UK, Jimmy and his sister, Suzie, started experimenting in her coffee shop. 6 years later, the drink is stocked in all the major supermarkets, including Tescos and Sainsburys; with turnover in excess of ?2million. Their online presence is also strong - 35,000 likes on Facebook, 12,000 Instagram followers and 2 rap videos to boot. It was time for an online refresh to keep up with demand. A new website for Jimmy's would need to be responsive, to appeal to their heavily mobile audience. As with many of our clients, content control was key, requiring them to be able to add new content and quickly adapt to changing social channels, jumping on trends as they happen. It would need to remain on brand, keep the fun-loving Jimmy's vibe throughout, but still appeal to supermarket buyers. It needed to integrate the Jimmy's merchandise ecommerce store directly into the site, allowing for better cross-pollination and discovery of content. Working alongside Jimmy's design and brand team, we developed a powerful, responsive site, adaptable for all device sizes. Existing content was transferred over from the old site, and two new sections were added - Ambassadors to showcase Jimmy's high profile customers and Rideclub, an exclusive club for Jimmy's fans to showcase their amazing vehicles - bikes, vans, cars and more. Moving from a disconnected Shopify store to an integrated WooCommerce install for the merchandise shop, allowed Jimmy's web editors to showcase products around the site as well as control how and where they were displayed.

To introduce a new brand to the online mortgage insurance industry, the team at British Money needed an innovative bespoke application, coupled with a fast turnaround. Working alongside a number of third parties with whom we needed to integrate, we developed an intuitive and tactile application process, featuring sliders, AJAX background processes and user-friendly interactions. The site was built on top of the Wordpress framework, allowing for highly adaptable search engine optimisations, as well as a simple to use administration interface.

Timeframe: Present

Auzi.com needed a completely bespoke insurance software, capable of providing quotes, accepting applications, taking payments and providing documents to it's users online and in real-time. Starting out at a framework level and custom building each component to agile methodologies allowed us to rapidly develop the software. We developed a 'core' codebase, allowing for multiple sites to operate from a single install, making for easier administration and control. The site performs well on search engines and users are able to self-serve wth minimal human involvement.
