Providing premium office space in central London, Argyll came up against a new challenge in 2021 – how do they retain occupancy in their workspaces while businesses were instructed to worked from home during lockdown? With existing paid search activity not pulling its weight, we took over to increase the number of leads, while keeping the costs lower.
Being incredibly specific with our targeting – both with keyword and geographically – we ensured higher quality leads and used budget efficiently too. We migrated top-performing search campaigns onto smart bidding strategies to keep to the target cost per lead, while still bidding efficiently and generating leads. We remarketed on LinkedIn, using A/B testing for effective creative and, as the end of restrictions drew closer, amped up ‘Back to the office’ messaging in collaboration with the client to get leads over the line.
We tackled a tricky problem and generated a strong pipeline for Argyll, all during government restrictions. Following the restrictions lifting, Argyll closed a record-breaking amount of deals for August, and continues to close more deals than ever – testament to the quality of leads being driven by paid media.
